Senior Technical Writer

Get hired by a US-based company focused on the US, UK, and European markets. This would include travel to the US office located in California.

• Work closely with editorial, development, customer support, product management, services, and various other teams to develop high-quality technical content for a targeted audience.
• Draft, maintain, and edit content for multiple deliverables, including release notes and user guide.
• Manage multiple projects and work as an integral part of the product team.
• Test product functionality while writing documentation.
• Learn and apply Insaito's writing style, minimalist approach.
• Learn the Insaito product.
• Provide regular updates to manager on project status.
• Assist the larger team on shared projects with supervision and assistance.

• Experience implementing or working with web-based software preferred.
• Some experience with authoring tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough analytic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in education is a plus.
