Senior Brand & Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and execution for marketing assets — including ads, campaign visuals, web and social content, and trade show graphics
• Develop visual systems and templates for consistency across global and U.S. markets
• Partner with marketing to design launch materials for new bikes, campaigns, and dealer activations
• Ensure a consistent, premium brand language across all touchpoints
• Design bike paint schemes, decals, and component graphics that reflect the brand’s identity and performance ethos
• Oversee packaging design, including bike boxes, accessories, manuals, and hangtags — ensuring functionality, sustainability, and visual impact
• Collaborate with product and factory teams on material finishes, coatings, and color accuracy
• Create in-store and dealer marketing materials: point-of-purchase displays, rack signage, banners, posters, and merchandising kits

• 6–10 years of experience in brand, visual, or industrial design — ideally in consumer, outdoor, or mobility brands
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); familiarity with 3D and rendering tools (Keyshot, Blender, etc.) a plus
• Strong understanding of print production, packaging, and color management
• Experience designing across both digital and physical mediums — from social to booth displays to product graphics
• A refined aesthetic sense that balances performance, minimalism, and visual clarity
• Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
• Passion for cycling, mobility, or design that moves people — literally and emotionally

• Skills in quick mockups and rapid content creation cycles
• Interest in pop culture and understanding of bicycle design history
• Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Unreal Engine and other design tools
