Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction and execution for marketing assets — including ads, campaign visuals, web and social content, and trade show graphics
- Develop visual systems and templates for consistency across global and U.S. markets
- Partner with marketing to design launch materials for new bikes, campaigns, and dealer activations
- Ensure a consistent, premium brand language across all touchpoints
- Design bike paint schemes, decals, and component graphics that reflect the brand’s identity and performance ethos
- Oversee packaging design, including bike boxes, accessories, manuals, and hangtags — ensuring functionality, sustainability, and visual impact
- Collaborate with product and factory teams on material finishes, coatings, and color accuracy
- Create in-store and dealer marketing materials: point-of-purchase displays, rack signage, banners, posters, and merchandising kits
- 6–10 years of experience in brand, visual, or industrial design — ideally in consumer, outdoor, or mobility brands
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects); familiarity with 3D and rendering tools (Keyshot, Blender, etc.) a plus
- Strong understanding of print production, packaging, and color management
- Experience designing across both digital and physical mediums — from social to booth displays to product graphics
- A refined aesthetic sense that balances performance, minimalism, and visual clarity
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple projects with tight timelines
- Passion for cycling, mobility, or design that moves people — literally and emotionally
- Skills in quick mockups and rapid content creation cycles
- Interest in pop culture and understanding of bicycle design history
- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Unreal Engine and other design tools
