Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Own the Social Media
  
  Experience:
  
  Manage all Lucas Oil Speedway social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, Tik Tok, etc.) and keep fans connected.
• Create Buzz Before the Green Flag Drops:
  Post mid-week content promoting upcoming events using provided graphics and info-plus your own creative flair.
• Be Trackside on Race Nights:
  Capture and share real-time photos, videos, and updates from the pits to the podium.
• Post race results and highlights as the action unfolds.
• Collaborate with Leadership:
  Work directly with the GM and Marketing Director to execute campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
• Engage with Fans:
  Respond to comments and messages and keep the conversation going online.
• Track Performance:
  Monitor engagement and help grow digital reach.

• Be part of one of the most exciting racing venues in the country.
• Work in a high-energy environment surrounded by passionate fans.
• Gain hands-on experience in sports marketing and live event coverage.
• Collaborate with experienced leadership and learn from industry professionals.

Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and staying on top of social media trends.

Strong writing and creative skills.

Ability to work evenings and weekends during race season.

Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
