Content Editor – Short Form Video & Digital Content

We’re backed by top investors (Floodgate, Craft, Founder Collective), scaling rapidly and looking for an experienced partnerships leader to accelerate our growth through strategic alliances.
Role Overview :We’re seeking a creative Content Editor focused on original short‑form video for social channels. In this role, you’ll script and edit videos, capture b‑roll, and source the best trending content online. Experience with AI videos is a bonus. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to drive reach and engagement across platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linked In.
Key Responsibilities:- Script and edit original short‑form videos tailored to social platforms.
- Use b‑roll footage to boost storytelling and video quality.
- Source high‑performing, relevant content online and use AI tools to amplify creative output.
- Continuously test and iterate content to identify what drives engagement and virality.
- Collaborate with marketing to align on campaign goals, messaging, and publishing schedules.
- Stay current on trends, platform algorithms, and viral formats.
- Demonstrated ability to create viral or high‑performing short‑form video content (links/portfolio required).
- Skilled at finding and leveraging trending content, sound bites, and AI‑powered creative tools.
- Strong editing skills with proficiency in video software and AI tools.
- Creative mindset and ability to come up with fresh ideas on their own.
- Must be willing and able to work West Coast US hours (Pacific Time).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
- Experience shooting original content and gathering b‑roll (phone or camera) is not required but would be a bonus.
$25–50 Hourly to start, depending on experience. Potential for full time.
