POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a detail oriented Digital Asset Coordinator with hands‑on experience in the Bynder Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. This role will support a focused migration project moving existing assets from local/shared drives into Bynder ensuring all files are accurately tagged, organized, and optimized for future usability.
This is a short‑term temporary position with an expected duration of 6‑12 weeks, or based on project needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Migrate digital assets (images, videos, design files, documents, etc.) from existing drives into Bynder.
  • Apply accurate metadata, tagging, and taxonomy standards based on internal guidelines.
  • Organize assets into correct folders, collections, and categories within Bynder.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure assets are properly labeled, searchable, and compliant with brand/usage requirements.
  • Flag duplicates, outdated assets, or missing information and work with the team to resolve.
  • Assist in refining taxonomy, naming conventions, and asset governance if needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation of progress and any issues that arise during migration.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Operations teams to validate asset accuracy when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience working within the Bynder DAM platform (required).
  • Prior experience in asset migration, content organization, or digital asset coordination.
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging structures, and DAM best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
  • Comfort working with creative file types (Adobe Suite, photography files, brand assets).
