$40.00/hr - $43.00/hr

What You’ll Do:
  • Ensure overall fit consistency and provide fit approvals to overseas factories.
  • Use technical knowledge to maintain fit intent, balance and construction across all categories.
  • Work closely with design and product development & production to ensure that designs are translated correctly, keeping size and fit consistent.
  • Analyze garments and patterns to determine compliance of spec, construction, and fit.
  • Create technical fit comments, advise construction details, and clearly communicate the status and direction of each style to vendors.
  • Review production, quality, and fit issues: problem solve and make recommendations that help maintain brand integrity.
  • Maintain WIP report and workflow.
  • Work closely with the Senior Technical Design Director to develop and maintain standards and Fit Blocks.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with cross functional partners.
  • Develop partnerships with all vendors.
  • Lead all pattern correction sketching and maintain updated garment details in the Full Circle (PLM).
What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of experience in Knit, woven adult tops/bottoms and outerwear in technical Design/Product Development.
  • Menswear experience is a plus.
  • Mastery in fit and pattern correction: in-depth knowledge of denim construction manufacturing methods and grading.
  • Expertise in understanding physical fit; evaluation of body size, shape, and the relationship of cloth denim on the target body.
  • Leading fit sessions and communicate fit corrections and pattern changes with factories from prototype through production.
  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and utilize strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle.
  • Self‑motivated and can work in a fast‑paced, result‑oriented team environment.
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented; highly detail oriented and meticulous.
