An experienced and highly skilled Patternmaker is needed to join a growing design and production team on a full‑time basis. This role requires 15+ years of specialized pattern making experience within active wear, with the ability to create, refine, and perfect patterns for innovative apparel collections. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented with a deep understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and advanced pattern making techniques.

Full‑time, Direct Hire - Pay: $90K–$110K annually

The Patternmaker will play a critical role in shaping active wear collections by creating precise, production‑ready patterns that balance innovation, fit, and function.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop original, production‑ready patterns aligned with creative vision and brand standards
- Translate design sketches into accurate patterns in collaboration with designers, sample makers, and technical teams
- Conduct fittings and make adjustments to achieve optimal fit, performance, and aesthetics
- Utilize both manual and digital pattern making tools (Gerber, Lectra, or similar CAD systems)
- Maintain documentation of all pattern modifications and iterations
- Mentor junior pattern makers and provide technical guidance as needed
- Stay current on fabrics, trends, and construction techniques relevant to performance apparel
- Minimum 15 years of hands‑on pattern making experience within active wear
- Expertise in garment construction, grading, and fit standards for performance apparel
- Proficiency in both traditional draping/flat pattern techniques and CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
