Social + Community Operator (X/Twitter-first) + Content Ops (Design Sourcing)
Therma is hiring a Social + Community Operator (X/Twitter-first) who can also run Content Ops by sourcing and coordinating freelance designers for social visuals. This person owns the day‑to‑day execution of Therma’s organic social presence—starting with X/Twitter—by publishing consistently, engaging meaningfully in replies, and turning winning ideas into simple, on‑brand visual content through a reliable design pipeline.
This is not a “post scheduler” role. It’s a writing + community + taste + execution role.
What Success Looks Like First 30 days- Consistent posting rhythm on X/Twitter with a clear voice and repeatable content themes.
- High‑signal replies that build real conversations (not generic engagement).
- A lightweight system for drafting/approvals, content planning, and weekly learnings.
- A shortlist of vetted freelance designers and the first set of on‑brand templates/visuals delivered.
- Measurable growth in quality followers, engagement, and inbound interest (partnerships, beta curiosity, community momentum).
- A dependable content design pipeline (brief → design → publish → learn).
- Top‑performing posts repurposed into visuals and adapted for additional platforms as needed.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth. You’ll work closely with Omar Rantisi (Founder) and collaborate with the broader team to translate product truth into content people care about, build trust and community around Therma’s mission, and create a feedback loop from audience to insights to content to product narrative. You are the owner of Therma’s organic social “front door.”
ResponsibilitiesX/Twitter Content + Community
- Own Therma’s daily X/Twitter execution: drafting, scheduling/publishing, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Write a mix of content types: short posts, longer value posts, founder‑style updates, and timely/reactive posts when relevant.
- Drive community growth through high‑signal replies under relevant accounts and conversations (thoughtful, additive, non‑spammy).
- Identify and engage with creators, builders, and communities aligned with Therma’s mission.
- Maintain a simple weekly content plan (themes, cadence, experiments) and adjust based on performance.
- Source and recruit freelance designers who match Therma’s style and quality bar (social assets, templates, light motion if applicable).
- Turn content ideas into clear, actionable briefs (format, copy, references, constraints, deadline).
- Manage the design workflow end‑to‑end: outreach, selection, brief handoff, feedback, delivery, file organization.
- Build and maintain a template library (e.g., quote cards, insight cards, “build in public” frames, simple carousels).
- Repurpose top‑performing written content into visual formats to increase reach and consistency.
- Track performance weekly (what worked, what didn’t, what to try next) with a simple recap.
- Maintain an organized draft queue and content calendar (Notion/Docs is fine).
- Escalate anything sensitive (privacy/mental health topics) and follow content guardrails.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong editorial judgment (clear, human, not overly “marketed”).
- Demonstrated ability to create engagement through replies (adds value to conversations).
- Strong “taste” for voice, tone, and brand consistency.
- Ability to operate independently, manage time, and hit daily/weekly deliverables reliably.
- Comfortable sourcing and coordinating freelancers (especially designers) with clear briefs and feedback.
- Organized execution (basic tooling like Notion/Google Docs, and comfort with lightweight workflows).
- Experience managing or ghostwriting for a brand or founder on X/Twitter.
- Experience building a content system (themes, templates, cadence, iteration).
- Familiarity with content design tools/workflows (e.g., Figma, Canva) and handing off clean specs.
- Comfort working in wellness/mental health‑adjacent spaces with appropriate care and boundaries.
- Ability to repurpose content across platforms (Linked In, IG) without losing voice.
