Job Summary

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging marketing materials that support the company’s brand, product lines, and sales initiatives. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical product information into clean, attractive, and commercial-quality graphics. The ideal candidate has experience designing for the furniture, architectural surfaces, cabinetry, or building materials sector and can manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Design
  • Design printed and digital catalogs, sales sheets, brochures, and product guides that support the sales team and showcase Lioher’s materials and panel solutions.
  • Develop presentations, spec sheets, and branded collateral used by sales representatives and distributors.
  • Create product renderings, color/sample boards, and visuals to support product launches and new collections.
Trade Show & Event Materials
  • Design booth graphics, backdrops, displays, banners, and promotional items for industry trade shows and showroom events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visuals enhance brand visibility and product presentation.
Digital & Promotional Content
  • Create digital content such as social media graphics, email marketing visuals, digital ads, promotional campaigns, and video‑enhanced assets.
  • Produce high‑quality product layouts and renderings relevant to architectural and interior design industries.
Creative Development & Collaboration
  • Work with the Marketing Director to brainstorm creative concepts, layouts, and new design ideas.
  • Partner with marketing, product development, sales, and digital teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure designs reflect the company’s brand identity, aesthetic, and industry positioning.
Production & Quality Control
  • Prepare final print‑ready and digital files, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality production.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, brand files, product images, and templates.
  • Follow brand guidelines closely to ensure cohesive and consistent design execution.
Industry Awareness
  • Stay current on design trends, interior design styles, cabinetry/woodworking trends, and market competitors.
  • Support marketing research by incorporating industry aesthetics and best practices into new designs.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines within a fast‑paced and detail‑oriented environment.
  • Communicate project timelines, status updates, and needs proactively.
Qualifications Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
    Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (required).
  • Experience with rendering tools, 3D mockups, or video editing software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of color, typography, layout, and composition.
  • Ability to prepare files for print, large‑format graphics, and digital distribution.
Experience & Knowledge
  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in manufacturing, furniture, cabinetry, surfaces, or a similar technical/visual industry).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating clean design style, branding knowledge, and commercial design work.
  • Experience creating catalog layouts, product renderings, and marketing materials for product‑driven companies is highly preferred.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and design accuracy.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Passion for design, creativity, and brand storytelling.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional attendance at company events or trade shows may be required.
