We’re a family-owned business with over four generations of service in St. Louis. We’re growing fast and looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help us continue delivering 5-star service.

If you love structured workdays, solving problems, and talking to customers who just want someone who gets it — we want to meet you. Bonus points if you already know Service Titan (our software of choice), but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude.

• Full-time:
  Monday–Friday
• 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends, no nights, and no surprises. Just a solid, reliable schedule.

• $18–$24 per hour (based on experience and skills) and weekly bonus
• Paid holidays and paid time off

• Training provided (especially if you’re new to Service Titan)

• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Schedule service appointments quickly and accurately in Service Titan
• Communicate with internal team members to keep jobs flowing smoothly
• Outbound calls to our members
• Represent the brand with a customer-first mindset (tone matters)

• Customer service experience required
• Experience with Service Titan is preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right fit)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
• Professional, friendly, and reliable — punctual and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and modern office tools
