** Receptionist
Job Summary
** As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and associates, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment. You’ll be the face of our community and all we represent.
** Responsibilities:
*** Greet and welcome residents, families, and visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude.
* Manage the Reception schedule and ensure all shifts are filled.
* Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
* Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
* Assist residents and their families with general information and inquiries.
* Coordinate appointments and meetings for residents with various community services.
* Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
* Monitor and control access to the community, ensuring the safety and security of residents and staff.

* Qualifications:
*** Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer service Leadership or role within the veterinary industry is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Reliable attendance and Punctuality as the team leader of the front staff.
* Proficient in using basic office equipment and computer applications.
* Empathy and understanding for the needs of senior residents.
* Be compassionate and patient, professional and courteous at all times.
* This position's starting pay is $19.00, but it is based on experience.
