Winery Greeter​/Host​/Guest Experience Team Member

This job is located at the host stand and includes providing warm welcomes to every guest, working in our reservations system (tock), seating and speaking with guests, taking photos and so much more!

The Guest Experience Host position is a crucial role for our Team. This person provides the first in-person impression to our guests. They are responsible for the setup, maintenance and breakdown of the host stand daily. They oversee greeting each (of age) guest with a welcome splash & smile, checking them in or providing alternative options, walking guests to their table while engaging with them, taking photos of guests, communicating with the team, making on-site guest reservations and updating all tables status in our reservations system.

Part Time Position Currently available

Hours are approximately 9:15am-5:30pm (FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAYS are a must and some occasional weekdays)

Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours outdoors

Must be 21 years or older

Must be able to lift at least 45 pounds

Must be available to work WEEKENDS, flexible days and some holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 – 30 per week
