Cashier​/service writer

We are seeking an energetic customer‑focused individual to be our Cashier.

Employment Qualifications

• Basic computer and office management skills
• Clean and neat appearance, good telephone voice

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with the customers in a friendly, professional, and inviting manner
• Explains the Spee Dee Franchise Organization preventative maintenance services and pricing structure in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased sales.
• Reviews services performed and bills out the customer
• Obtains any technical information from manager or tune‑up technicians in response to questions from customers
• Answers telephone in an approved manner
• Works to maintain a team effort of quality customer service
• Spee Dee certified online cashier training

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
