- Creates a service focused culture for customers and employees leading by example and ensuring a proactive approach is adopted for all key customer touch points.
- Leads, coaches and develops direct reports to create a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Uses a consultative selling approach to evaluate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits.
- Maintains accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the market.
- Strategically develops and executes plans to exceed key performance indicators.
- Ensures Abandon Call Rate and Service Level goals are achieved by utilizing Ring Central to monitor all call queues and adjust schedules as needed.
- Attends Quality Assurance inbound call and ILS calibrations.
- Completes call coaching weekly with Leasing Consultant.
- Assists with addressing and resolving customer escalations.
- Provides required performance reports timely.
- Two years experience in sales environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus
Base Pay Range:$68,640.00 -$
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
