Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading provider of insurance solutions for businesses and individuals, is seeking a Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative , you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

• Assist customers with questions and guidance regarding the company's website and processes
• Interact with customers via phone to provide information about products and services
• Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Support renters' insurance programs and tenant protection services
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and computer skills to ensure smooth communication

• P&C License Preferred
• Bilingual - English & Spanish is required
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required
