Responsibilities include:
- Acting as a host for the restaurant and managing restaurant and Top Tracer golf reservations
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, serving customers, and providing outstanding customer service
- Operating cash registers and managing financial transactions
- Directing customers to attraction options within the facility
- Maintaining an orderly appearance in the guest services area
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Handling to-go food and beverage orders
- Assisting with events as necessary, including setup, bussing tables, and cleanup
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age (18 and over preferred)
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
