Front Desk Receptionist

From daycare and boarding to grooming and specialized services, we treat each dog like they’re one of our own. Our team is passionate about animal care, safety, and teamwork, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing pack.

This is a full-time position where you’ll be the first smiling face our clients see, setting the tone for exceptional service. If you love dogs, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for organization, we’d love to meet you!

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the heart of our operations, ensuring every client and their furry friend feels welcomed and cared for. Your day-to-day duties will include greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing check-ins and check-outs. You’ll also handle payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

In addition to your front desk duties, you’ll collaborate with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Occasionally, you may assist with light cleaning or help with dogs to keep everything running efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing excellent customer service while staying organized in a dynamic environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Can lift at least 50 lbs (you may occasionally assist with dogs or supplies).
• Is detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a busy setting.
• Loves dogs and understands the importance of their safety and well-being.
• No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
