Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5:30 pm - Setting:
Dental Office - Procedures/Cases:
Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, Root Canals, Mostly Anterior - Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Days
- Requirements:
Active Massachusetts State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Basic Life Support (BLS)
