This is a limited–term 12‑month position, may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.

• Under the direction of the Supervising Dentist or Prison Industries Superintendent II (Dental Laboratory), oversee production and fabrication of prosthetic devices for inmates in the dental laboratory.
• Supervise entry‑level staff and inmate production tasks, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to the Personal Leave Program 2025 and related policies.

• At least two years of experience fabricating the full range of dental prosthetic products, with a minimum of one year in a lead capacity over entry‑level staff or inmates in a correctional facility.
• Education at trade school, vocational education, or a major in the trade at the community college, college, or university level may substitute for experience (two years education equals one year experience); must include two years of coursework in the specified industrial operation.
• Promotional candidates within six months of meeting the minimum qualifications may apply after completing required experience.
• Must pass the examination: INDUSTRIAL SUPERVISOR, PRISON INDUSTRIES (DENTAL LAB).
