The Role
We’re seeking a skilled and caring Dental Hygienist to join our collaborative and supportive dental team. Our hygienists are encouraged to take ownership of their schedule
, help create a comfortable atmosphere for patients, and work alongside our doctors to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities- Review and document patients’ medical and dental histories
- Partner with doctors to provide personalized, comprehensive treatment planning
- Educate patients on periodontal health and its link to overall health
- Perform periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, and preventive treatments
- Apply fluoride, sealants, and other protective treatments
- Assist in maintaining efficient scheduling and a smooth clinical workflow
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Active Missouri Dental Hygiene License
- Current CPR Certification
- Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
