We are looking for an amazing Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our Dental Practice!
We are a rapidly growing Pediatric Dental Practice with 17 locations across Los Angeles.

Children's Dental Fun Zone is dedicated to serving the unique needs of children, toddlers, and teens. We offer comprehensive services including preventive Pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics. Our teams of dental professionals are changing the face of pediatric dental care through our dedication to oral health and compassionate care for our patients and their guardians. Job Duties

• Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Familiar with electronic billing
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-cal insurance plans
• Commination well with Children and their parents
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
• Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and Hygiene

• MUST ENJOY WORKING WITH CHILDREN
• Customer service and sales experience
• Upbeat personality
• Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Motivative and ambitious to grow
• Knowledge in Treatment Planning

Job Type

• Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 Sun 8:00-2:00
• Hourly+ Benefits + Monthly Bonuses
• pay rate $23.00- $26.00
