What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of customer service experience (medical/dental a plus)
• Bilingual in Russian & English
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Strong communication, positivity, and willingness to learn
• Alignment with our mission and values

Additional Requirements

This is a safety-sensitive role and requires passing a drug screen (including THC). We follow CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
