Architectural Design Professional – Residential Projects

With a focus on single- and multi-family housing in the greater Ventura-Santa Barbara county region, we work closely with clients, developers, and communities to bring thoughtful architecture to life.

● Lead and manage residential design projects from concept to completion

● Ensure designs align with zoning codes, building regulations, and sustainability goals

● Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams

● Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications

● Mentor junior staff and contribute to the firm’s design culture

qualifications:

● professional degree in Architecture

● 5+ years of work experience, with a strong portfolio in residential design

● proficiency in Archi

CAD BIM modelling and Adobe suite

● strong design, communication, and project management skills

● passion for housing, community improvement, and designing architecture that matters
