Ottinger Architects specializes in urban in-fill projects of various scales throughout the Los Angeles region. Our primary focus is on mixed-use market rate and affordable housing projects, with several large-scale and high-rise projects under development. We have an immediate opening for a Senior Architectural Designer with 10+ years of experience, emphasizing design abilities in multi-family housing.
The ideal candidate can work both collaboratively and independently, manage fast-paced deadlines while incorporating client and city feedback, and produce high-quality design and production drawings. We seek a highly motivated, conscientious, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.
We offer a hybrid work schedule; however, all candidates must be able to work in the office weekly for in-person meetings and design collaboration with the principal and team members.
