We are a fast‑paced, technology‑driven home builder delivering 100+ custom and spec homes per year across multiple communities. We run our entire operation on Mark Systems (IHMS) – from purchasing and options selection to scheduling and closing – and we’re looking for a sharp CAD expert who lives in both AutoCAD and Mark Systems every day.

• Create and maintain accurate construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, site plans, electrical layouts, option details) using AutoCAD and Revit
• Import/export and manage all plans inside Mark Systems (IHMS) – ensuring every plan revision instantly syncs with purchasing, scheduling, estimating, and sales
• Build and update Master Plans, community‑specific plans, and all customer‑selected options in Mark Systems
• Collaborate daily with Purchasing, Estimating, Construction, and Sales teams to keep drawings 100% in sync with bids, POs, schedules, and customer contracts
• Produce quick turnaround redlines and option overlays for sales and design‑center changes
• Maintain organized plan libraries and version control inside Mark Systems

• 3+ years of residential construction CAD experience (AutoCAD required, Revit a plus)
• Hands‑on experience with Mark Systems (IHMS) – you know how to upload plans, manage revisions, link options, and troubleshoot sync issues
• Strong understanding of residential construction documents and building codes
• Ability to read architectural and engineering plans and turn redlines around same‑day when needed
• Extreme attention to detail – one wrong dimension can cost thousands in the field
• Excellent communication – you’ll work directly with superintendents, purchasing agents, and sales daily
