Senior Landscape Designer to lead the creative vision for high-end residential estates in Santa Barbara and beyond. If you're a design-forward leader who thrives in luxury environments and enjoys collaborating with clients, architects, and builders, you’ll love this role.

This is more than a drafting desk job. You’ll be the face of the creative process, partnering with discerning homeowners to design stunning, lifestyle-driven outdoor spaces. We’re looking for someone with artistic talent, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide a luxury client experience from vision to execution.

• Lead the design vision for large-scale estate and high-end residential projects.
• Be the primary creative liaison with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Translate lifestyle goals into thoughtful, functional, and elegant outdoor solutions.
• Present concepts with clarity and excitement—helping clients see and feel their future space.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs from design to build.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients by showing up prepared, engaged, and passionate.

• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential landscape design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential or estate work.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Strong command of tools like CAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, or similar.
• Bonus:
  Landscape Architect license (not required).
• A polished, professional presence and ability to connect with high-net-worth clients.

• Salary
  : $100,000–$150,000/year, depending on experience
