We have a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and innovative Primary Care Physician at an advanced primary care clinic in Apple Valley, California
. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an outpatient clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production
• Predictable workweek
• Very light call
• Fewer administrative tasks
• $235,000 – $295,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus a quality bonus
• Sign-on bonus
