Redwood Coast Medical Services, Inc. (RCMS) is a non‑profit, FQHC, serving a vibrant and diverse community on the Mendocino Coast in Gualala and Point Arena. We’re seeking a mission‑driven Primary Care Physician to join our dedicated team in a supportive, community‑focused health center along the Northern California coast. This is a full‑scope outpatient position with a manageable pace and meaningful work.

• 4‑day workweek for optimal work‑life balance
• 20‑minute patient visits to foster genuine connection and quality care
• No call
• $200,000 - $270,000 yearly salary
• Up to $100,000 sign on bonus
