An award-winning, critical‑access hospital, just 45 minutes from Santa Barbara, is seeking a Non‑invasive Cardiologist to practice in an outpatient setting.

This position includes a 4.5‑day work week with an opportunity to read Echo, perform Stress Tests, Echo‑TEE, and more.

• Work/life balance role: average of 12‑14 PPD in clinic, no hospital rounding or consulting
• Monday‑Thursday schedule, 1/2 day on Friday
• Just 3 call days per month shared with the local group of 6 cardiologists; low call burden
• Nearby sister hospital offers robust sub‑specialty support including 6 other Cardiologists, CT Surgery and a full structural program
• Compensation includes a base salary with incentive bonuses into the $600K range
• Down‑payment housing assistance up to $500K, 6 months of housing stipends, $40K sign‑on bonus, full benefits, PTO, retirement, CME, and more
