Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join a thriving, well-established practice in the East Bay area of Northern California

• Ability to practice medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
• Comprehensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of skin conditions
• Strong patient-focused approach with the ability to build lasting relationships by aligning patient needs with available services
• Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide objective, first-level clinical determinations
• Collaborative,
  team-oriented mindset (we truly value kind, collegial physicians)

• $450,000–$550,000 guaranteed base salary
• Additional percentage of net collections with significant upside
