With one urologist planning to retire, the practice is excited to welcome two urologists to meet growing demand. • Robotics skills preferred, but not required
• Collections minus Expenses model for an independent, entrepreneurial structure
• Full transparency: partners see financial reports and are included in all practice discussions from day one
• Main clinic with additional offices in surrounding area
• 80+ health plan contracts, patient backlog ~6 months, ~30 patients/day achievable within 6 months
• Call: as a group, partners decide who takes call and which hospitals to contract with. Weekend call is only for your own patients, and they cover each other when one is out
• Call income is paid directly to the physician, meaning it does not get distributed through the practice
• Compensation: potential to take home nearly $1M annually by year 3
• Opportunities to invest in ancillary income revenue sources, such as Litho and an ASC

• Schedule is M-F, 8–5
• Evenings and weekends protected except when on call
• Phone rarely rings after 6pm; weekend calls only for your patients
