- Provide family medicine care to your own patient panel in an FQHC setting.
- Manage your own patient panel with a minimum of nine patients per four-hour clinic (18 per eight-hour day).
- Work a standard 40-hour week with no on-call responsibilities.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient care documentation.
- Collaborate within a clinic schedule that supports a balanced outdoor lifestyle in a community with abundant natural landscapes.
- Salary between $217K - $250K plus incentives (average ~$12,400).
- $50K sign-on bonus and $50K retention bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME with $5K stipend, relocation assistance, and federal loan repayment up to $250K.
- Childcare and housing support; visa sponsorship - Cap Exempt.
