Organization Details- Practice is part of a full-service critical access hospital serving a large regional and seasonal population
- Hospital services include 24/7 Emergency Department, inpatient med/surg, long-term care, imaging, lab, ORs, rehab services, and specialty clinics
- Join a collaborative outpatient practice with 2 physicians and 3 Family Nurse Practitioners
- Supportive, team-based culture with autonomy and flexibility
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Outpatient-focused practice with 18-20 patients per day
- 4-day workweek available
- Optional inpatient coverage for added scope and additional income
- Serve a permanent population of approximately 26,000, with seasonal volume that increases significantly
- $260,000-$300,000+ total compensation, depending on experience and scope
- Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
- Located in the Southern California mountain region, approximately 90 minutes from Los Angeles
