Organization DetailsPractice is part of a full-service critical access hospital serving a large regional and seasonal population. Hospital services include 24/7 Emergency Department, inpatient med/surg, long‑term care, imaging, lab, ORs, rehab services, and specialty clinics. Join a collaborative outpatient practice with 2 physicians and 3 Family Nurse Practitioners. Supportive, team‑based culture with autonomy and flexibility.
Position Details- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Outpatient‑focused practice with 18‑20 patients per day
- 4‑day workweek available
- Optional inpatient coverage for added scope and additional income
- Serve a permanent population of approximately 26,000, with seasonal volume that increases significantly
- $260,000‑$300,000+ total compensation, depending on experience and scope
- Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, malpractice coverage, and annual CME
- Located in the Southern California mountain region, approximately 90 minutes from Los Angeles
