This is a unique opportunity to assume leadership of an established and growing practice following the departure of our highly respected breast surgeon, who has been in practice for over 15 years. You’ll step into a well‑supported environment with experienced, breast‑trained staff and serve as part of the second busiest breast program in the St.

Louis region.

• Approximately 6 surgical procedures per week
• Over 120 breast tumor cases annually (2024 data)
• 90-95% of patients receive integrated medical oncology and/or radiation oncology through SSM Health

• Dedicated outpatient clinic with 3 exam rooms
• Private office space
• Experienced, breast‑trained support staff
• Established referral network and growing patient volume

• Provide comprehensive breast surgical services y's campus
• Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered breast cancer care
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and coordination

Formal academic faculty appointment is an option but not a requirement for the breast surgeon at SSM Health St. Mary's St. Louis; however, close collaboration across the academic platform is expected to support the educational and clinical mission of the institution. This includes:

• Work alongside surgical residents, medical students, and trainees in clinical and operative settings.

• Regular attendance and active participation in tumor board conferences
