Big Tree Medical is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our Columbia, Missouri practice as a Direct Primary Care Physician and Supervisory Physician , overseeing a team of approximately six Nurse Practitioners.

• Join an established and growing Direct Primary Care practice in Columbia, Missouri
• No call responsibilities
• Predictable schedule with four clinical days and one administrative day each week
• Serve as Supervisory Physician for approximately six Nurse Practitioners
• Smaller patient panels and longer appointment times
• Focus on patient care, prevention, and outcomes rather than RVUs
• Broad-scope primary care with clinical autonomy

• Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and care coordination
• Build long-term relationships with patients and deliver highly personalized, accessible care
• Serve as Supervisory Physician for approximately six Nurse Practitioners in accordance with Missouri collaborative practice requirements
• Provide clinical mentorship, oversight, and support to advanced practice providers
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Practice broad-scope medicine and serve as a trusted partner in patients' long-term health and wellness
