Job Description

The University of Missouri School of Medicine and MU Health Care are nationally recognized leaders in clinical care, education, and research. Ellis Fischel Cancer Center at the University of Missouri is a 100,000‑square‑foot facility dedicated to delivering compassionate, comprehensive cancer care. Located within University Hospital, the center features advanced technology—including digital mammography and precision radiation therapy—private smart inpatient rooms, and calming clinic spaces overlooking the Brown Family Healing Garden.

The Ellis Fischel Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office (CTO) serves as a cornerstone of our research mission, supporting over 180 active clinical trials across MU and more than 20 interventional studies within Ellis Fischel. Backed by leading research infrastructure such as the MU Research Reactor (MURR) and the Roy Blunt Next Gen Precision Health Building, Ellis Fischel combines cutting‑edge science with patient-centered care from diagnosis to survivorship.

This unique leadership opportunity is supported by the Frances T. McAndrew Chair in Oncology Endowment, which provides resources for leadership in oncology clinical research, education, and patient care.
