Role Overview:

VaYU seeks a dynamic Partnerships Manager to lead collaborations with U.S. colleges and universities. You’ll develop articulation agreements, dual-degree and 4+1 programs, and credit-transfer pathways to drive enrollment and expand academic reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage partner institutions
• Negotiate and manage articulation agreements and Mo Us
• Coordinate with academic and compliance teams for implementation
• Develop co-branded outreach materials
• Track partnership performance and report quarterly
• Represent VaYU at academic events and consortia
• Serve as liaison to partner admissions and faculty teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in higher-ed partnerships or program development
• Proven success with credit-transfer or dual-degree agreements
• Familiarity with U.S. accreditation and academic policy
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Passion for yoga, Ayurveda, or Indian Knowledge Systems is a plus
