Elementary School Assistant Principal (Grades 2-4)

- The applicant must hold a valid and current Missouri Elementary Administration Certification.
- Support the Principal in developing and maintaining a positive culture among students, faculty, and the community.
- Assist in leading the ongoing development, implementation, and improvement of the instructional program for 2nd through 4th grade.
- Handle administrative duties including teacher supervision, classified staff supervision, staff hiring, student discipline, and instructional leadership.
- Serve the Reeds Spring School District, which serves approximately 350 students.
- 11‑month position for the 2026‑27 school year with a competitive salary and additional benefits.
- Reeds Spring School District operates on a four‑day school week.
- The district is located 30 minutes south of Springfield on beautiful Table Rock Lake and serves the communities of Reeds Spring, Branson West, Kimberling City, Cape Fair, and Indian Point.
