SupervisorUnder the supervision of the Supervisor of Correct i ona l Educat i on Program (SCEP) or Educational Administrator designee, and functional l ead of the Senior Librarian ( CF) or Librarian (CF) when applicable.
ResponsibilitiesPerform the duties in accordance with the State Personnel Board classification specification within the institution's Legal or General Library collections. These duties may be performed in a library that is staffed by a Senior librarian or Librarian, or the Library Technical Assistant may facilitate incarcerated persons access to libraries by performing these duties in a satellite library without continuous active supervision from an education administrator, a Senior Librarian or Librarian.

This position is located at the California State Prison in Corcoran, CA. 4001 King Ave, Corcoran, Ca. 93212. The facility offers an on-site fitness center.
Salary$3,989.00 - $4,992.00. Effective July 1, 2025, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) requires each full‑time employee to receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours of PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect recent changes.
