Barron Swim School provides swim lessons to children 3 months and older. We pride ourselves in teaching high-quality stroke development and water safety in the St. Louis area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Swim teachers will follow the Barron Swim School curriculum to instruct students between the ages of 3 months and teens on stroke development and water safety in and around the water.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep safety foremost for all students in class

Smile, inject fun in the classes, make corrections to students, have good body language, and be animated

Use provided lesson plans to teach within our set curriculum and have students achieve goals

Take direction from mentors and leaders

Be a team player

Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and continued progression for students
