Events Instructor – The Little Gym International

Pay range: $11.00/hr – $14.00/hr (based on skills & experience).

An Events Instructor takes the reigns and is a leader of Serious Fun at our weekend & seasonal events, including Parents Survival Nights, Birthday Parties and Camps.

This entry‑level position is perfect for a high school or college‑aged student who wants a part‑time job to work around their schedule.

• Teach amazing events based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here. (sometimes a smile goes a long way!)
• Create a warm and fun environment for the children each class.
• Treat each event and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY TIME!

• You love having fun, encouraging kids and giving high‑5s! A background or desire to learn in child development, physical education and/or gymnastics helps as well.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, and their parents do too.
• You would be voted most likely to be in a good mood by your classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

• Children walk out of our classes & events more confident than when they walked in each day.
• You’ll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you’ll be moving all day.
• We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously. The relationships you’ll build here will last a lifetime.
• You could get paid to fold sweatpants or you could get paid to wear the sweatpants. The choice is yours.
• This may not be your career, but we are sure going to train you like it is.
