St. Charles Community College invites qualified candidates to apply for a part‑time faculty position to teach lecture course(s) within the Exercise Science A.S. degree this upcoming Fall 2025 semester. Part‑time appointments are on a semester‑by‑semester basis.

• Maximum of 9 credit‑hour teaching load each semester; teach students in assigned classes in accordance with course outcomes, the syllabus, and institutional requirements.
• Develop course curriculum and instructional materials, individually or collaboratively.
• Understand the educational, cultural, and social needs of a diverse student population.
• Engage in effective teaching, committee participation, and college service.

• Master’s degree in kinesiology, physical education, recreation, exercise science, or a related field is required.
• Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, student learning, and assessment.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Preferred candidates have experience teaching at the college level and maintain the highest possible standards in classroom instruction and assessment.
