Part time Educator – Beverly Hills School District

Join Right At School in supporting children's growth and learning.

Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour (dependent on education & experience)

Schedule: Position starts late July and runs throughout the school year. 1:45 pm – 6:00 pm Monday–Friday.

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities, and document attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Deliver daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character‑building that expands school‑day learning.
• Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well‑being, and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fitness activities, and guiding play.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a minimum of six units in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (preferred).
• Current CPR and First Aid certificate.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Commitment to inspiring a love of learning and healthy living.
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements: live‑scan fingerprint, mandated reporter training, health certificate with negative TB test from a physician.
