- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training for teachers, aides, and parents
- Coordinate, monitor, and lead a team of Family Service Workers
- Serve as a liaison between Head Start and the St. Charles Parish Pupil Appraisal Team and Child Search
- Correspond and collaborate with key stakeholders, including community social services and mental health agencies
- Oversee all aspects of Family and Community Engagement Program Services
- Develop and monitor various tasks related to Education and Child Development Services
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Early Childhood
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Work or Early Childhood
- Ability to work with Head Start families, community social services, and mental health agencies
- Professional growth opportunities for upward mobility and career advancement

- Assignment of a mentor for coaching and orientation
