Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training for teachers, aides, and parents
  • Coordinate, monitor, and lead a team of Family Service Workers
  • Serve as a liaison between Head Start and the St. Charles Parish Pupil Appraisal Team and Child Search
  • Correspond and collaborate with key stakeholders, including community social services and mental health agencies
  • Oversee all aspects of Family and Community Engagement Program Services
  • Develop and monitor various tasks related to Education and Child Development Services
Certification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Early Childhood
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Social Work or Early Childhood
  • Ability to work with Head Start families, community social services, and mental health agencies
