Position Title Nutrition and Food Sciences - Adjunct Faculty
Position Summary
The Department of Public Health Sciences at California Baptist University invites applications from qualified individuals to teach on an adjunct basis in the Nutrition and Food Science program. Adjunct Professors are assigned on an on‑going, as needed basis.
Pay Range
Qualifications
Master’s degree and RDN credential are preferred. Qualified applicants should have an advanced degree in a related field but candidates with an appropriate combination of degree, certifications, and work experience may be considered. Prior university teaching experience is preferred.

- Lifecycle Nutrition
- Community and Public Health Nutrition
- Food Processing and Engineering
- Food Technology
- Quantity Food Systems Management
- Similar courses as assigned by the Department Chair
