Ruangguru is an educational technology company that provides an integrated learning experience, enabling students to gain better access to high-quality educational content and services. Through the Ruangguru platform, students can access educational videos, question banks, exam preparation materials, and learning summaries. The presence of Ruangguru has helped families gain access to more affordable education while also improving students’ learning outcomes. However, challenges such as equal access to education and educational disparities remain significant issues that need to be addressed.

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
