Senior Director of Digital Marketing

• Healthcare technology company operating a virtual platform that connects providers with cash-pay, evidence-based medical solutions
• Combines a proprietary transaction platform with fulfillment, shipping, and patient support services in a seamless end-to-end model
• Partners with FDA-registered manufacturing facilities and accredited pharmacies to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
• Helps provider organizations expand their service offerings and build practice revenue while maintaining continuity of care for patients
• Positioned at the intersection of digital health, compounding pharmacy, and direct-pay care delivery with a strong emphasis on compliance and quality

• The digital marketing strategy and roadmap, tied directly to revenue targets for provider acquisition, activation and expansion
• The digital marketing budget and agency relationships, including scopes of work, deliverables and performance accountability
• Building and leading a small digital team (design, marketing operations and content): hiring, developing and setting priorities
• Hub Spot as the system of record for marketing: architecture, lifecycle model, lead scoring, workflows and data governance
• The full conversion path, from a doctor's first visit to their first prescription and beyond, measured in accounts signed and prescriptions per day
• The website and digital onboarding experience, including self-serve provider sign-up
• Attribution, forecasting and ROI reporting for executive leadership and the board: what's working, what it costs and where the next dollar should go
• The integration between our ETHIC platform and Hub Spot, so prescribing activity drives segmentation and campaigns automatically
• Alignment with sales leadership, so campaigns support how the field actually works and reps and marketing act on the same signals
• Partnership with our regulatory and compliance team, so every digital asset, landing page and campaign is reviewed and built for a regulated healthcare environment

• 8+ years in digital marketing, growth or demand generation, including 3+ years leading teams and budgets
• Healthcare marketing experience is required. You've marketed to physicians, practices or health systems, and you know how clinical decisions, staff workflow and compliance shape what we can say and how we say it.
• Deep, hands-on Hub Spot experience is required. You've architected Hub Spot instances, not just used them, and you can still build workflows, properties and reports yourself.
• A track record of growing a funnel with measurable revenue impact, and the ability to walk us through what you changed, what it moved and how you proved it
• Experience managing agencies against clear scopes and results, including knowing when to push back and when to renegotiate
• Command of the analytics stack (GA4, tag management, attribution modeling) and enough SQL or spreadsheet skill to answer your own questions
• Executive presence and clear writing. You'll be briefing a board, an agency and a sales team, sometimes in the same week.
• A builder's instinct. When something needs to ship and the team is stretched, you ship it.

• Cash-pay or direct-to-provider models where the patient pays out of pocket
• B2B2C funnels, where you market to both the provider and the patient
• Compounded medications, medical foods, specialty pharmacy, medical device or DME backgrounds
• Experience at a private equity–backed or high-growth company
• Experience with Full scripts, Metagenics, etc.
