Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Oak View, CA. Solar Installers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries. Daily tasks involve working with hand and power tools, following installation guidelines, ensuring system functionality, and collaborating with a small, dedicated team to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Tasks and Duties
  • Assist lead installer with solar system installation at various residential and commercial sites.
  • Support diagnosis, maintenance, and repair work of solar systems.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work trucks and trailers.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and installation guidelines.
  • Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in varying weather conditions and at heights.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
