• Provides direct support to Project Manager.
• Designs a complete project, system, component, or process.
• Prepares complete project documents, including plans and specifications.
• Performs research and investigations.
• Develops reports and study documents.
• Analyzes and interprets data, including design calculations.
• Formulates and solves problems.
• Plans and coordinates detailed aspects of the engineering work.
• Prepares scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
• Assists with proposals to provide professional services.
• Interacts with clients, customers, officials, contractors, and others.
• Attends project meetings and presents specific aspects of engineering assignments.
• Maintains quality assurance standards for projects.

• BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Registration – Certified Engineer in Training (EIT) or 4 years’ experience at the Assistant Engineer Level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with AutoCAD and GIS Applications.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience Requirement – 4+ years of professional experience.

Responsible for engineering activities including research, drafting, design, calculations, data analysis, field inspections, preparation of plans, exhibits, specifications, reports and other project documents.
